This publication, part of the Ethical Eye series, contains contributions from a multidisciplinary group of authors from a range of different countries in Europe which examine ethical questions arising from public policy aspects of drug addiction and the use of illicit drugs. This title was first first published in 2002: Understanding the link between institutional contexts and drug problems is crucial to the process of developing appropriate drug policies and drug demand reduction strategies.
