As currently drafted it will replace provisions of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990, the Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments Act 1953, the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 and the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.
