ATP 3-20.15 provides principles, tactics, techniques, and procedures for the employment of tank platoons. It also provides the framework and technical employment principles for tank platoons of the Armored and Rifle Company Teams and Combined Arms Battalions (CAB). ATP 3-20.15 also provides doctrinal guidance for commanders, staff, and leaders who are responsible for planning, preparing, executing, and assessing operations of tank platoons.
