The Codex Alimentarius is a collection of international food standards that have been adopted by the Codex Alimentarius Commission. This publication presents seven information papers and a case studies report that were prepared during the negotiation process preceding the adoption of the "Voluntary Guidelines to support the progressive realization of the rights to adequate food in the context of national food security."
