BREAKFAST WITH CORA tells the story of Cora Tsouflidou, the founder of the hugely popular Chez Cora restaurant chain. From her childhood on the Gaspé Peninsula, to her failed marriage, to the opening of her first restaurant, to the creation of the Chez Cora Foundation, Cora shares with us her experiences as a woman, a mother and an entrepreneur.
