The Canadian Coast Guard is responsible for Canada's civilian fleet. The services the Coast Guard delivers include keeping Canadian waters and coastlines clean, safe, secure and accessible. It responds to the on-water needs of Canadians and acts as a visible symbol of the Canadian identity from coast to coast.
