It is not intended for lawyers and law students, but mainly for business men, and students desirous of obtaining the rudiments of this vast topic, not that they might there by act as their own lawyer, but by having this knowledge they may better appreciate the importance of calling in a lawyer at the proper time and thus avoid blunders occasioning great annoyance and expense.
