This Chart Supplement is a Civil Flight Information Publication updated every eight weeks by the U.S. Department of Transportation,Federal Aviation Administration, Aeronautical Information Services, http://www.faa.gov/go/ais.It is designed for use with Flight Information Publication Enroute Charts, and the Sectional Aeronautical Chart covering the State ofHawaii and that area of the Pacific served by U.S. facilities.This Chart Supplement contains an Airport/Facility Directory, ATC procedures and terminal SID, STAR and IAP charts applicable tothe Pacific area.The official ATC procedures for operating in the Pacific, outside sovereign US airspace are prescribed by ICAO and are contained inICAO documents 4444, 7030 and Annexes 2 and 11.
