This book constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Computer Science and Health Engineering in Health Services. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 16 full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 39 submissions. Part II of Health Care Engineering begins with statistics on the occurrence of medical errors and adverse events, and includes some technological solutions.
