This book is meant to help with conquering cancer, launching a total attack, and building the scientific city of conquering cancer. The overall design and the planning and the blueprint of XZ-C’s plans of conquering cancer are the scientific thinking and the theoretical innovation, and the experimental basis of conquering cancer are the reform and development of the overall strategy of cancer treatment. It is the crystallization of my sixty years of experience in medical work and thirty years of scientific research results and achievement, scientific and technological innovation, scientific thinking, and scientific research wisdom. The direction of the research is to conquer cancer. It is proposed that a test area will be set up in Wuhan City, Huang Jiahu University City, and the implementation of this research program will be done by my research team of experts, professors, and so on. The scientific research plan of conquering cancer puts the focus on scientific research in the international front, and it is the forefront of science. In January 12, 2016, the US president Barack Obama, in his State of the Union address, addressed the national cancer program “to conquer cancer” and named the new moon plan (Cancer Moonshot). The vice president, Joe Biden, was responsible for the implementation. Its specific plan is unknown. Cancer is a disaster of mankind. We struggle with cancer all over the world, and people of the world struggle together, gather wisdom, and move forward together to overcome cancer. The cancer disaster covers the world. People worldwide are eager to overcome cancer one day. It is the urgent hope that the states, the governments, the experts, the scholars, and the scientists can find anticancer measures to keep people safe from cancer.

Each time when the book is finished, both of my eyes are full of tears. Each word in these series of books represents hard work and time and dedication and care for human health. These series are not just written down but are worked down. Science life is not always smooth and sometimes is extremely difficult. Science is endless. Only those who are not afraid of failure or risk can reach the summit of the mountain. In medical history the Greek physician Hippocrates (460–370 BC), who is considered the Father of Medicine, was credited to the origin of the name cancer. He used the terms carcinos and carcinoma to recount non-ulcer-forming and ulcer-forming tumors. In Greek, these words refer to a crab because the finger-like spreading projections from cancer were similar to the shape of a crab. In his books, there are some records that also were written down: “Everyone has a physician inside him or her; we just have to help it in its work. The natural healing force within each of us is the greatest force in getting well. Let our food as our medicine, and let medicine be our food.”

Science is endless and the road on science or our research life is not always smooth and only those who are not afraid of failure, or hard work, or difficulties can reach the summit of the life or science mountain. Whenever each of these series of book is done and is published, my tear cannot help full of both of my eyes because each of word plumps our hard work and hours and day and night. In this volume it is described that all of detail experimental and clinical verification of how Dr. Xu Ze get all of these new treatments and new medications. This volume is mainly discussing pharmacology and immune pharmacology about Xu Ze’s new discovery and new medications by immune control and regulation. Each word in this book comes from our hard work. In our practice the questions are found , then we come back to do the experiments to solve all of these questions; then come back to apply to our clinical practice to improve our patient care.

This book is the scientific summary of the authors’ fifty years of experience in tumor surgery and more than twenty years of cancer research results and clinical validation. The book is divided into three sections and fifteen chapters.
