This book constitutes the refereed conference proceedings of the ICVGIP 2016 Satellite Workshops, WCVA, DAR, and MedImage, held in Guwahati, India, in December 2016. The Computer Vision Application track received 52 submissions and after a rigorous review process, 18 papers were presented.
