Three Chinese children are adopted into an American family and miss their familiar Chinese foods. Their new combined family learns to make traditional Chinese dumplings together.

When Ethan and his brother and sister are adopted from China to the United States, everything seems so strange and different. Their new American family doesn't even know how to make Chinese food!
