The videos begin with simple maxillary procedures and move to more complex surgeries. The cases are surgical retreatments of conditions unsuccessfully treated with conventional endodontic therapy. Shown are techniques in performing incision and drainage, root amputation, hemisection, extraction and replantation, retrograde root canal therapy, and repair of root perforations surgically and nonsurgically. Guided tissue regeneration procedures are performed on the maxillary and mandibular molars.
