Florentin Smarandache is known as scientist and writer. He writes in three languages: Romanian, French, and English. He graduated the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Craiova in 1979 first of his class, earned a Ph. D. in Mathematics from the State University Moldova at Kishinev in 1997, and continued postdoctoral studies at various American Universities such as University of Texas at Austin, University of Phoenix, etc. after emigration.

“Neutrosophic Sets and Systems” has been created for publications on advanced studies in neutrosophy, neutrosophic set, neutrosophic logic, neutrosophic probability, neutrosophic statistics that started in 1995 and their applications in any field, such as the neutrosophic structures developed in algebra, geometry, topology, etc.

Neutrosophic (over, off, under) set and logic were defined for the first time in 1995 by Florentin Smarandache, and presented during 1995-2018 to various national and international conferences and seminars. The (over, off, under) neutrosophic geometric programming was put forward by Huda et al. in (2016), in an attempt to define a new type of geometric programming using (over, off, under) neutrosophic less than or equal to. This paper completes the basic notions of (over, off, under) neutrosophic geometric programming illustrating its convexity condition, and its decomposition theorems. The definitions of (α, β, γ) and strong (α, β, γ) are introduced, and some of their important properties are proved.

In first paper, the author proposed Pauli Exclusion Principle and the Law of Included Multiple-Middle. Weighted Neutrosophic Soft Sets are proposed in the second paper. Neutrosophic Crisp Sets and Neutrosophic Crisp Relations are studied in third paper. In fourth paper, Interval Valued Neutrosophic Soft Topological Spaces are introduced. Similarly in fifth paper, Multi-criteria Group Decision Making Approach for Teacher Recruitment in Higher Education Under Simplified Neutrosophic Environment is discussed. In paper six, Generalization of Soft Neutrosophic Rings and Soft Neutrosophic Fields are presented by the authors. Neutrosophic Refined Similarity Measure Based on Cosine Function is given in seventh paper. Paper eight is about to study Similarity Measure between Single Valued Neutrosophic Multisets and Its Application in Medial Diagnosis. In the next paper Several Similarity Measures of Interval Valued Neutrosophic Soft Sets and Their Application in Pattern Recognition Problems are discussed. The authors introduced Soft Neutrosophic Groupoids and Their Generalization in the tenth paper. At the end a book review, Neutosophic routes in multiverse of communication is presented by the authors.

Florentin Smarandache is a professor of mathematics at the University of New Mexico, United States. He got his MSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Craiova, Romania, PhD in Mathematics from the State University of Kishinev, and Postdoctoral in Applied Mathematics from Okayama University of Sciences, Japan. He is the founder of neutrosophy (generalization of dialectics), neutrosophic set, logic, probability and statistics since 1995 and has published hundreds of papers and books on neutrosophic physics, superluminal and instantaneous physics, unmatter, quantum paradoxes, absolute theory of relativity, redshift and blueshift due to the medium gradient and refraction index besides the Doppler effect, paradoxism, outerart, neutrosophy as a new branch of philosophy, Law of Included Multiple-Middle, multispace and multistructure, hypersoft set, degree of dependence and independence between neutrosophic components, refined neutrosophic set, neutrosophic over-under-off-set, plithogenic set, neutrosophic triplet and duplet structures, quadruple neutrosophic structures, extension of algebraic structures to NeutroAlgebras and AntiAlgebras, DSmT and so on to many peer-reviewed international journals and many books and he presented papers and plenary lectures to many international conferences around the world.

You will find novel ideas for experimental literature, new genre of poems and countless other things about nothing. If for nothing else, the (random) sentences listed here at least can stimulate further thoughts and ideas ¿ for instance, young writers and artists may find plenty of interesting ideas for their next literary work (or best-selling novels) in `Experimental Literature¿ section. In a sense, this book itself is an experimental one. Needless to say, the readers may find that some of these ideas are quite absurd or seemingly outlandish, just like the idea of `improper¿ courses in Umberto¿s Foucault Pendulum, where the personages discuss possibility to teach absurd courses such as `City planning for Gypsies¿ etc.I started to write down such ideas since I was a high school student and continue even today - I always bear with me a small pen and small notebook where I write in the plane, or driving my car, or even in class room. But I hope that despite three decades of postponement, this small book will keep on inspiring the reader, as good ideas will always be worth to ponder.
