In this article, we introduce some approaches for decision making in the neutrosophic set. The purpose of this study is to develop a neutrosophic multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) model based on hybrid score-accuracy functions for approving a tender for construction under a simplified neutrosophic environment. Five criteria have been selected from experts’ opinions to be considered for the distribution of tender. In this paper, we use the score functions, the accuracy functions, and the hybrid score-accuracy functions of single-valued neutrosophic numbers (SVNNs) and ranking method for SVNNs, those will help for making a decision.

Multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) is the technique of selecting the best alternative from multiple alternatives and multiple conditions. The technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) is a crucial practical technique for ranking and selecting different options by using a distance measure. In this article, we protract the fuzzy TOPSIS technique to neutrosophic fuzzy TOPSIS, and prove the accuracy of the method by explaining the MCDM problem with single-value neutrosophic information, and use the method for supplier selection in the production industry. We hope that this article will promote future scientific research on numerous existence issues based on multi-criteria decision making.

As a variation of fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets have been developed to represent uncertain, imprecise, incomplete and inconsistent information that exists in the real world. Simplified neutrosophic sets (SNSs) have been proposed for the main purpose of addressing issues with a set of specific numbers. However, there are certain problems regarding the existing operations of SNSs, as well as their aggregation operators and the comparison methods. Therefore, this paper defines the novel operations of simplified neutrosophic numbers (SNNs) and develops a comparison method based on the related research of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. On the basis of these operations and the comparison method, some SNN aggregation operators are proposed. Additionally, an approach for multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) problems is explored by applying these aggregation operators. Finally, an example to illustrate the applicability of the proposed method is provided and a comparison with some other methods is made.

Decision making is a continuous and necessary part of the management of any organization or business activity. By solving the uncertain multi criteria decision making problems we can choose more reliably from the incomplete and complex information in real life dynamic from the decision makers. In this work, we discussed the PROMETHEE-II(Preference Ranking Organization Method For Enrichment Evaluation) for dealing with the Multi Criteria Decision Making problems with Single Valued Trapezoidal Neutrosophic Fuzzy Set in which the multiple alternatives are implemented by the decision makers with respect to the related criteria and the weights are completely unknown. Besides, the criteria weights are estimated based on the pairwise comparison of the criteria. By applying the PROMETHEE-II method, we get a partial and complete ranking order of the alternatives.
