Throughout all of our lives, there will be instances where we need revival. Revival from pain, fear, doubt and uncertainty. Do you need revival in your life? Revival in your faith? Revival in your relationships? Revival in your attitude?EMBRACE YOUR STORY, move beyond fear and live a life of faith, and you will experience REVIVAL leading to your destiny. Let's go on a journey together, down a path filled with 52 Lessons that will TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE and set you in the direction into the loving arms of God.This book contains some of my life's stories and lessons I've learned and want to share with you. I don't profess to have all of the answers to life's difficulties and I'm definitely still a work in progress. However, I've learned through some of the most painful experiences and incredible blessings to find beautiful meaning in the life I've been given. Girlfriend Revival will inspire you to embrace your story, live a life of love and awaken your faith. Only then, will you be able to step into the destiny God has prepared you for. This book is grounded in my faith in God, the God of the Bible, and His son Jesus Christ. It is my hope that you will find time each day to read, journal, pray and speak with God. I invite you to use this book as a tool toward a path of knowing God's will for you, viewing the world through His eyes of perfect love. Each story is numbered, but not necessarily meant for daily affirmations. The intent of the stories coupled with scripture and prayer, is to provide you with enough to ponder, meditate and pray over. Some of the stories are funny and heartwarming, while others are tragic and painful. Each of them were experienced by me on my crooked and beautiful path to discovering God's love, His call upon my life and His abundance of blessings. I've also included space in the back of the book for you to journal your deepest thoughts, prayers and dreams. Regardless of your faith, please know these lessons are for you. I pray you will come to know the God I love - a God who desperately loves you and wants to spend eternity with you. Perhaps my story will shed some light on Him and how He relates to and deeply cares for His children. Believing in God doesn't guarantee you won't experience difficulties and hardship. Far from it. But, I can tell you He is always present with you through every blessing, tragedy and victory. He is a God who keeps His promises and He will never let you go. We all have a story to share. You have an amazing story! You are not an accident. God created you in His image, and you are His precious child. If you knew the plans He has for you now, it would blow your mind. It doesn't matter your age; you have an incredible God-ordained life to live. The God of the universe breathed life into you, loves you and created you for a purpose. I pray you will grow closer to Him by hearing Him whisper His deepest thoughts to you through your story and life experiences, so you can fulfill all He's called you to be.

On August 14, 2011, when I was in Kandergrund in the Bernese Highlands in Switzerland an important connection became very clear to me. I recognized a spiritual cause for why we are losing part of our youth. I was very shocked. I thought of my children and grandchildren. Since then I have been intensively occupied with this subject. Now I believe that the same spiritual cause is behind many of our problems; specifically the personal problems, in the local churches and the world-wide church. It is the lack of the Holy Spirit. If this is the cause, then we should urgently address this issue. If the cause can be eliminated or considerably reduced, then many problems will become superfluous or will be resolved.

“From unraveling the history of the apple to exploring the intricacies of flavor, [Wilson] reveals the love and labor that goes into a timeless beverage.” —Bianca Bosker, New York Times–bestselling author of Cork Dork Cider is the quintessential American beverage. Drank by early settlers and founding fathers, it was ubiquitous and pervasive, but following Prohibition when orchards were destroyed and neglected, cider all but disappeared. In The Cider Revival, Jason Wilson chronicles what is happening now, an extraordinary rebirth that is less than a decade old. Following the seasons through the autumn harvest, winter fermentation, spring bottling, and summer festival and orchard work, Wilson travels around New York and New England, with forays to the Midwest, the West Coast, and Europe. He meets the new heroes of cider: orchardists who are rediscovering long lost apple varieties, cider makers who have the attention to craftsmanship of natural wine makers, and beverage professionals who see cider as poised to explode in popularity. What emerges is a deeply rewarding story, an exploration of cider’s identity and future, and its cultural and environmental significance. A blend of history and travelogue, The Cider Revival is a toast to a complex drink. “Cider is America’s great forgotten beverage. Jason Wilson’s lively, anecdote-filled, passionate paean to what he says should properly be considered ‘apple win’ will go a long way toward giving this immensely varied and complex libation the recognition and appreciation it deserves.” —Colman Andrews, cofounder of Saveur and author of The British Table

"One of the foremost relationship experts at work today applies the insights of science toward understanding the real meaning of trust between a couple. He decodes the "why" behind betrayal and shows how partners can avoid or recover from unfaithfulness and maintain a loving relationship.Dr. John Gottman, the country's pre-eminent researcher on marriage, is famous for his Love Lab at the University of Washington in Seattle where he deciphers the mysteries of human relationships through scientific research. His thirty-five years of exploration have earned him numerous major awards, including from the National Institute of Mental Health, the American Psychological Association, and the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Now, Dr. Gottman offers surprising findings and advice on the characteristic that is at the heart of all relationships: Trust. Dr. Gottman has developed a formula that precisely calculates any couple's loyalty level. The results determine a relationship's likely future, including the potential for one or both partners to stray. A Love You Can Trust shows couples how to bolster their trust level and avoid what Dr. Gottman calls the "Roach Motel for Lovers." He describes how the outcome of--"sliding door moments," small pivotal points between a couple, can lead either to more emotional connection or to discontent. He suggests a new approach to handling adultery and reveals the varied and unexpected non-sexual ways that couples often betray each other. A Love You Can Trust guides couples through an empirically tested, trust-building program that will let them repair and maintain a long-term, intimate, and romantic relationship"--
