According to George Barna, uncovering God's vision for your ministry is not an option. It's essential for the most productive ministry that will accomplish God's goals for building his kingdom. Ministry leaders with a clear picture from God of where they are headed are much more likely to experience a successful journey. In this book, Barna uncovers how God has shared his vision throughout history, how vision is different from mission, common practices and beliefs that inhibit true vision, practical steps toward experiencing and carrying out God's unique vision for them, and ways to share and promote congregational ownership of the vision. The Power of Vision

The search for significance to discover the real you which lives inside of you, that only God the Father can reveal unto you of who you were predestined, ordained, and anointed to be. Youll be taken on a fascinating and exciting journey in your inner most being where youll locate hidden treasures and gifts, God has deposited inside of you like fireworks ready to explode and reveal the greatness inside of you. This book is filled with the Word of God, and will renew you in the spirit of your mind. Youll begin to look at problems as preparation, trouble, as training and transition, and if one is a doer of the Word and not a hearer only it will transform one into the more than conqueror and overcomer God has created us to be in Jesus Christ! May your testimony inspire readers to know the testimony of Jesus Christ: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. Blessed is he that reads, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand. As you prophesy before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings: may this book be like the little book of Revelation 10 when eaten makes the belly bitter, but it shall be in your mouth sweet as honey. Your fellow servant and of your brethren and father in the faith that have the testimony of Jesus. Pastor Houseworth Gary, Indiana

“You see, brothers and sisters, in this God and human relationship you can get the best result only when God speaks and the human, male or female, young or old will yield, obey and take a step with the spoken Word. The result will all the time be the best. God gets the glory, the instrument leaves behind a legacy for the next generation, letting the next generation know how a loving interrelationship between God and human can always have the best result. When I say God speaks, His voice can be heard through different mediums, for example; the Bible does speak to us, hearing a person who has obeyed the LORD and taking a step with what he or she heard does speak to us, anointed preaching does speak to us, through worship God does speak to us. However, what language does God speak? Is it any special language with a special grammar that we should try to specialize to hear? NO. Nevertheless, we have heard people of different nations and language hearing the voice of God and attempting great things for Him and getting results that only God can create. The language of God is an inspiration to a believing heart to increase faith in the heart toward God. When a believing heart hears an inspiration and increase in faith and takes a purposeful step with what he or she hears, we know God has spoken to such a person.”

Based on the 1928 Bampton Lectures, The Vision of God was the first of Kenneth E. Kirk’s three major books on moral theology. Drawing inspiration from the ascetic tradition of Christianity, Kirk advocates the priority of worship in ethical thought. Beginning with the sixth beatitude, he places the visio Dei front and centre throughout, placing himself in a eudaimonistic tradition that ranges from Irenaeus to Aquinas and the Shorter Catechism. Worship, he shows, offers the opportunity to discover and acknowledge something more valuable than the self, and thus contains the key to moral instruction. Although Kirk published an expanded ‘complete edition’ of The Vision of God in 1931, he notes in the preface to the shorter text presented here that ‘what remains approximates to, though it is not quite identical with, the actual lectures as originally delivered.’ The reader therefore has in their hands the essence of Kirk’s thesis, which continues to prompt debate today.
