Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix is the highly anticipated sequel to the original first-person shooter game. The realistic sequel again pits gamers as John Mullins, the modern day mercenary. Players embark on a worldwide mission to stop a bio-terrorist organization from spreading a lethal genetic virus. While exploring deadly locales like Columbia, Jordan, and Hong Kong and completing 60 levels, players will choose from a number of missions involving hostage rescue, seek and destruction. A large array of realistic military weapons including combat knives, sub-machine guns, sniper rifles, anti-tank guns and more, will also be available to use. In addition, special combat equipment like thermal vision goggles and body armor will also be at gamers' disposal.
