An Appealing Feature Of The Book Is That Much Emphasis Is Placed On The Understanding And Application Of Statistical Methods. There Is Avoidance Of Excessive Presentation Of Formulae. For These Reasons Alone I Think That Students Will Find The Text Attractive.
