Interaction Design Patterns F R Nfc Basierte Electronic Data Capture Anwendungen

Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Gestaltung von Interaction Design Patterns für Near Field Communication (NFC)-basierte Electronic Data Capture Anwendungen. Basis hierfür bilden das Design, die Entwicklung und die Evaluierung zweier mobiler NFC-basierter Anwendungen zur Selbstbewertung des Gesundheitszustandes. Als Domäne für die Anwendung der Interaction Design Patterns wird das Gesundheitswesen, Patienten mit eingeschränkter Feinmotorik, ausgewählt. Um das Ziel, die Entwicklung der Interaction Design Patterns für NFC-basierte Electronic Data Capture Anwendungen, zu erreichen, folgt die Arbeit dem gestaltungsorientieren Forschungsansatz (Design Science Research) und kombiniert mehrere Forschungsmethoden miteinander. Die entwickelten EDC-Anwendungen sind in zwölfwöchigen Feldtests mit Patienten einer Machbarkeitsstudie unterzogen worden. Ausgehend von diesen Ergebnissen und Erkenntnissen aus den Phasen Design, Entwicklung und Evaluierung der Prototypen werden 16 Interaction Design Patterns für die Entwicklung von NFC-basierten EDC Anwendungen abgeleitet. Die Interaction Design Patterns werden von Experten auf ihre Verständlichkeit und Nützlichkeit evaluiert worden. Insgesamt stehen 16 evaluierte Interaction Design Patterns zur Verfügung. This three volume set LNCS 12779, 12780, and 12781 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 10th International Conference on Design, User Experience, and Usability, DUXU 2021, held as part of the 23rd International Conference, HCI International 2021, which took place in July 2021. In recent years the average users tend to replace their traditional mobile phones, PDAs and Palms with smartphones. These devices have become a pervasive part of everyday life. An international web-based online survey was designed and performed to measure and analyze users' behaviour when using smartphones, with the aim of finding out what they want and expect from a smartphone. The main goals were to identify user needs in the context of smartphones, to analyze their knowledge and acquisition to security aspects and to get significant data about the user's behaviour. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology allows for automatic identification of information contained in a tag by scanning and interrogation using radio frequency (RF) waves. An RFID tag contains an antenna and a microchip that allows it to transmit and receive. This technology is a possible alternative to the use of barcodes, which are frequently inadequate in the face of rapid growth in the scale and complexity of just-in-time inventory requirements, regional and international trade, and emerging new methods of trade based on it. Use of RFID tags will likely eventually become as widespread as barcodes today.
