Clives Staples Lewis (1898-1963) called his theological writings as that "of a layman and an amateur" who merely attempted to restate "ancient and orthodox doctrines." However, S. Steve Park argues that Lewis's theological reflections are well-informed, thoughtful and weighty. For instance, Lewis's notion of "mere Christianity" consistently shows his commitment to "supernaturalism" (vs. naturalism) and "eucatastrophic salvationism" (vs. ethical developmentalism) in sharp contrast to many prevailing theologians of his time. In this book, the author expounded Lewis's theological writings rather comprehensively and organized the results according to Lewis's signature literary motif of the journey towards home, in four stages: "Away from Home," "Homeward Turning," "Home Away from Home," and "The Final Home." Under these headings, Lewis's major theological and literary themes find illuminating treatments with rich contents and penetrating analyses. In so doing, the author presents to the readers, probably for the first time, a systematic theology of C. S. Lewis. It turns out that Lewis, more than just a storyteller, was a significant participant in the world of theological reflections, demonstrating himself to be a rather formidable theological mind to be reckoned with.

As I began to write the declarations and decrees of a warrior, God said I had to become one. Becoming a warrior is a process, a journey that you grow, develop and mature into. This book gives you the track and method to use to get started. So whether you're a beginner or advanced, you will be inspired, strengthened, and motivated, to move forward, into God's realms of success. Declarations and Decrees: What are they? How do they work? How do I apply them? Where do they come from? Declarations and Decrees have been illustrated and demonstrated throughout the word of God. They are more than just words compiled together. Its' an authoritive order, a rule of regulation having the force of the law behind it. The force of the law of God's word. In Job 22:28 Declare and Decree a thing and it shall be established unto you. We are to be imitators, to echo, pursue and follow after our Lord. This book teaches you how to do just that. Born into a Christian home, I was saved and baptized at an early age, then filled with the Holy Spirit, as a young adult. My husband and I have been married for 35 years. We have two children. We have served as cell leaders, and at present, deacons and choir ministry. We are currently serving in Restoring the Foundation Ministry, A deliverance ministry that sets the captives free.

"Who is Christ? Who is Antichrist? Both are present in the world as well as within ourselves. How do we tell them apart, especially when the strategies of Antichrist are subtle and calculated to deceive? The Path of Christ or Antichrist provides clarity and insight into the most important choice that we make in life, to be or not to be who we really are. This is a choice we affirm with each decision, large or small, that we make in life. The authors outline the difference between Christ and Antichrist and hence the choices that we all face on the path to spiritual enlightenment and self-mastery. They offer new interpretations of the age-old battle between light and darkness and how it affects our daily lives along with spiritual techniques to guard our consciousness and direct spiritual light and energy for the blessing and healing of all life."

Through an 'ethnography of ethnographers', this volume explores the varied ways in which anthropologists become and remain attracted to the discipline. The contributors reflect on the initial preconceptions, assumptions and expectations of themselves as young anthropologists, and on the ways in which early decisions are made about fieldwork and about the selection of field locations. They question how fieldworkers come to understand what anthropology is, both as a profession and as a personal experience, through their commitments in the field, in academic departments and in contexts where their 'specialist knowledge' is called upon and applied. They discuss the nature of reflexivity that emerges out of anthropological practices, and the ways in which this reflexivity affects ethnographic practices. Providing reflections on fieldwork in such diverse places as Alaska, Melanesia, New York and India, the volume critically reflects on the field as a culturally constructed site, with blurred boundaries that allow the personal and the professional to permeate each other. It addresses the 'politics of location' that shape the anthropologists' involvement in 'the field', in teaching rooms, in development projects and in activist engagements. The journeys described extend beyond 'the field' and into inter-disciplinary projects, commissions, colleges and personal spheres. These original and critical contributions provide fascinating insights into the relationship between anthropologists and the nature of the discipline.
