A 'Sâdhana' is an instrument that leads to a particular goal. In Tantra, it is a technical term denoting worship or spiritual practice. This is a collection of related instructional papers designed to aid the aspirant through a foundation practice. The work was originally conceived as leading to a practice over the course of one lunar month. Kularnava Tantra is perhaps the foremost Tantra of the Kaula School and is constantly cited as an authority in Tantric literature.
