In Energy Leadership, renowned coach Bruce D. Schneider teaches how to understand the most important personal resource of all -- energy, and shows how to harness it to achieve success in the workplace, the home, and in the world at large. This engaging and fast-paced story clearly explains how managers and leaders from all walks of life can use the principles of Energy Leadership to inspire themselves and others to achieve extraordinary results in whatever they do. The author provides insight into a cutting edge coaching process he has developed, which has positively impacted the lives of tens of thousands of people in both the corporate and private sectors. You will learn how to: Recognize the seven distinct levels that are the key to understanding why everyone thinks and acts the way they do, in life and specifically within the workplace. Distinguish truly effective leaders from those who deplete the energy of the people around them, and specific techniques to shift energy levels to inspire peak performance. Become powerful leaders who motivate themselves and others to reach their true potential. Identify the Big Four Energy Blocks and discover proven techniques and strategies for overcoming these and other obstacles to success. Develop the ability to shift internal energy to meet any leadership challenge, and use this newfound power to inspire respect, confidence, and loyalty in others. If you always try to inspire others but sometimes feel like something?s missing, something is. Energy Leadership puts you in touch with the missing link between your ambitions and your ability to achieve them.

This is book two in the Levels of Energy series. Book one dealt with the spectrum of emotions and consciousness in everyday life. Book two addresses lower and higher realms of consciousness and the author's personal journeys through these realms. It also shows that the inner circles of the world religions and ancient traditions are familiar with the levels of consciousness and are in fact puzzle pieces to understanding our place in the universe. This book is fundamentally empowering and will help you understand the purpose of life and guide you to more freedom, love, and ability.

This book presents a new approach to studying the syntax of human language, one which emphasizes how we think about time. Tilsen argues that many current theories are unsatisfactory because those theories conceptualize syntactic patterns with spatially arranged structures of objects. These object-structures are atemporal and do not lend well to reasoning about time. The book develops an alternative conceptual model in which oscillatory systems of various types interact with each other through coupling forces, and in which the relative energies of those systems are organized in particular ways. Tilsen emphasizes that the two primary mechanisms of the approach – oscillators and energy levels – require alternative ways of thinking about time. Furthermore, his theory leads to a new way of thinking about grammaticality and the recursive nature of language. The theory is applied to a variety of syntactic phenomena: word order, phrase structure, morphosyntax, constituency, case systems, ellipsis, anaphora, and islands. The book also presents a general program for the study of language in which the construction of linguistic theories is itself an object of theoretical analysis.

Random Matrices and the Statistical Theory of Energy Levels focuses on the processes, methodologies, calculations, and approaches involved in random matrices and the statistical theory of energy levels, including ensembles and density and correlation functions. The publication first elaborates on the joint probability density function for the matrix elements and eigenvalues, including the Gaussian unitary, symplectic, and orthogonal ensembles and time-reversal invariance. The text then examines the Gaussian ensembles, as well as the asymptotic formula for the level density and partition function. The manuscript elaborates on the Brownian motion model, circuit ensembles, correlation functions, thermodynamics, and spacing distribution of circular ensembles. Topics include continuum model for the spacing distribution, thermodynamic quantities, joint probability density function for the eigenvalues, stationary and nonstationary ensembles, and ensemble averages. The publication then examines the joint probability density functions for two nearby spacings and invariance hypothesis and matrix element correlations. The text is a valuable source of data for researchers interested in random matrices and the statistical theory of energy levels.

At the most fundamental level, all of chemistry is a reflection of the ways in which electrons and nuclei interact with each other. The behaviour of electrons and nuclei are controlled by the rules of quantum mechanics - rules which are quite unlike those in the familiar world of classical mechanics, and which may at first seem quite complex. Here, the authors show how quantum mechanics can explain the properties of atoms and molecules.
