This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third IFIP WG 11.6 Working Conference on Policies and Research in Identity Management, IDMAN 2013, held in London, UK, in April 2013. The 6 refereed full and 4 short papers presented together with 3 short position papers and a keynote paper were selected from 26 submissions. The papers have been organized into topical sections on privacy and identity management, anonymous credentials, authentication and access control, risk management of identity management, identity management with smart cards, and federated identity management.

Reflections on Language Teacher Identity Research is the first book to present understandings of language teacher identity (LTI) from a broad range of research fields. The most common type of identity theft, experienced by 6.2 million people during the two-year reporting period, was the unauthorized use of an existing credit card account. This report is based on data from the 2008 Identity Theft Supplement (ITS) to the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS). From January to June of 2008, the NCVS-ITS collected data from persons who had experienced one or more attempted or successful incidents of identity theft during the two years preceding their interviews.
