This children's book sets out to normalize the feelings accompanied by the absence of a parent while either in prison or jail. Many children feel responsible for the separation and think they are all alone in their internal struggle for understanding. My Dad Is In Jail describes the good times and the bad times that families face during this transition in their lives.

This book has been a dream which has been in the works for two years. It was written to help my grandchild and other children who have parents who are in prison. In the future I hope to write more books to help children faced with problems.
