Contemporary High Performance Computing: From Petascale toward Exascale, Volume 3 focuses on the ecosystems surrounding the world’s leading centers for high performance computing (HPC). This book constitutes the proceedings of the 22nd Conference on Passive and Active Measurement, PAM 2021, which was planned to be held in Cottbus, Germany, in March 2021. Due to the Corona pandemic, the conference was organized as a virtual meeting. The 33 full papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 75 submissions. They were organized in topical sections named: COVID-19; web security; video streaming; TLS; staying connected; DoS; performance; network security; DNS; capacity; and exposing hidden behaviors. Due to the Corona pandemic, PAM 2021 was held as a virtual conference.

The two-volume set, LNCS 8712 and LNCS 8713 constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 19th European Symposium on Research in Computer Security, ESORICS 2014, held in Wroclaw, Poland, in September 2014 The 58 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 234 submissions. This book constitutes the revised selected papers of the 21st Smoky Mountains Computational Sciences and Engineering Conference, SMC 2021, held in Oak Ridge, TN, USA*, in October 2021. Euro-Par is an annual, international conference in Europe, covering all aspects of parallel and distributed processing. These range from theory to practice, from small to the largest parallel and distributed systems and infrastructures, from fundamental computational problems to full-edged applications, from architecture, compiler, language and interface design and implementation to tools, support infrastructures, and application performance aspects.
