I have always been inspired to write poetry. The first poem I ever wrote was to my mother over 30 years ago. I realized early on that poetry was the best way to express myself. I have a God-given talent to write Sonnet style poetry on various topics. Take a journey with me over the last 20 years of my life. I’ve shared how God has truly blessed me, and those around me. I invite you to read about my hurts, my joys, and my testimonies. I know that you too will be able to identify with the poems in this first book of more to come. All of the poems in this book have been inspired by, and given through the Holy Spirit. I love to communicate my thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a way that leaves my readers speechless. I have seen a lot through my travels across the country, and even in combat zones (through the Air Force). After reading this book you’ll see that God has left no stone unturned.

10 lectures, Basel, September 15-26, 1909 (CW 114) Rudolf Steiner was born with clairvoyant capacities, but it was not until he was forty that he could connect his inner experiences with Jesus Christ. After that "solemn festival of knowledge," as he described it in his Autobiography, Steiner received ceaseless revelations about the significance of the Christ's incarnation. For the next twenty years, he spoke of the hidden background to all four gospels, the Book of Revelations, and even what he called the Fifth Gospel, read directly from the spirit worlds. These lectures present the most accessible and illuminating of Steiner's revelations about the significance of the Christ for the spiritual development of humanity. He discusses the link between the Buddha and the Christ, which unites Buddhism and Christianity--not in theory but in the spiritual activities of those two beings. Steiner also describes the relationship between the Greek Mystery traditions and the Mystery of Golgotha: "A sign was to be placed before them as well, a sign that would now be enacted before the eyes of all humankind. The 'mystical death, ' which had been a ceremonial act in the Mystery temples for hundreds and thousands of years, would now be presented on the great stage of world history. Everything that had taken place in the secrecy of initiation temples was brought into the open as a single event on Golgotha." Utilizing a historical overview, revealing the relationship between the great religious traditions, and how they have conspired together for the good of humanity, Steiner never loses sight of the Gospel's great inner meaning, as echoed in the Gospel of St. Luke: "The revelation of the spiritual worlds from the Heights and its answering reflection from human hearts brings peace to all whose purpose upon the evolving Earth is to develop good will." The book of Proverbs was written to develop skillful living and thinking. Its wisdom will benefit the inexperienced as well as the mature. The title of the book comes from Proverbs 3:18 where the father urges his son to pursue wisdom saying, “She is a tree of life to those who lay hold of her.” The commentary opens with an explanation of the long lectures of the father to his son. Then each of the short proverbs are grouped together in common topics. This commentary covers the entire book of Proverbs.

Human life is governed by the heart. The physical heart sustains the body by pumping life-giving blood to every organ and cell. The spiritual heart, on the other hand, is God's dwelling place on earth. Our success or failure in life depends not upon material wealth or social status but upon the condition of our spiritual heart. Everyone without exception needs a new heart from God, clean and right before Him, because without a new heart there cannot be a new life. The heart holds the keys of life. Downing's Heart Manual is biblically and scripturally based to help students know their own hearts and enable them to meet the challenges of life from a heart perspective. This 2-year study guide is designed to help students and teachers broaden their knowledge of the heart and of how to love the Lord with all of their heart, which is the first and greatest commandment (Matthew 22:37-38). Knowledge of our heart is very important because out of the heart flow the issues of life (Proverbs 4:23). In Hosea 4:6 God says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." Spiritual heart knowledge-God's heart as well as our own-is essential for eternal life. This one-of-a-kind heart manual will guide students on an intimate journey into the very heart of God. Dr. Donald R Downing, a heart physician and specialist for God, has been writing and teaching on the heart for over 21 years. The author of over seven books on the heart, he believes that the greatest need of the church today is for leaders who are also spiritual heart specialists and physicians, and who have pure and clean hearts before God.
