He is searching for a new friend before starting back to school. He finds the most unlikely friend in Peter the Polar Bear. They also become friends with Fanny the Arctic Fox, Sammy the Seal, and Petunia the Penguin at the local park, and decide they would like to go swimming. Where they want to go "Pinnacle Point", has been forbidden by their parents as being too dangerous.
