Power Of Navel Area

The “Power Of Navel Area” book is a gift of Existence to the humanity through me. In preparation for the session of “Amrit Movement” while reading books of my Master of masters, beloved Osho, I was attracted by the discourse on Navel (Nabhi). I liked it very much. I gave some quotations of my Master of the masters in my first CD Title ‘Initiation Into Sound’. I used it many times in conducting the sessions of 'Amrit Movement' at our four ‘Dhams’. Gradually the mystery of this revealed to me. I had not many materials on it. Only two sources one the inspirer my beloved Osho and second myself. In September 2007 in 'Oshodhara Sansad' I was permitted by Sadguru Osho Shailendra Ji to introduce a technique for activation and nourishment of the Navel. After my experiment with all the participants, he told that Osho in the beginning told that the center of being is the Navel and the Master of masters, always emphasized and concluded in all his discourse with its importance. This encouraged me much. Osho always helped me, still now he is helping and guiding directly, through Sadguru Trivir and other Masters through spirit and body. His one lecture, which I read in 'Osho World' magazine, inspired me to work more on Navel and humming sound. After five years of working on not only the Navel but on whole Navel area. Happy, blissful participants in sessions of ‘Amrit Movement’ and in ‘Satsang’ encouraged me to write the present book ‘Power Of Navel Area’. I have worked on dying patients, through humming on Navel Area. It made their death easy comfortable, peaceful and blissful. Also worked on sick, painful, and patients suffering from heart attacks and loss of sleep. It helped them and alleviated their ailments. Now I feel satisfied to write the book. Though it is small one. It is just the beginning and soon another edition will come. This book is due to the blessing of my beloved Osho and Sadguru Trivir. I am presenting this book to the experiments of the seekers and all others who want to take advantage of this book. I am eagerly waiting for their comments and results. I am very much thankful to my wife Ma Osho Sambodhi and two sons Swami Vaikunth Bharati (Dr. Somesh Thakur) and Swami Jeevan Abhay (Rakesh Thakur), and whole family members, who helped me in making this book. Thanks to beloved Manav Ji, without whose effort and help on computer, it was impossible. I would also like to bow to the formless feet of the Existence, which is always inspiring and maintaining my life and others who are in love with me.
