Pretty Kitty of the House is a touching story about a shy five-year-old girl. A young woman was giving out kittens, and Nina's dad happened to get one for his precious little daughter. The young five-year-old girl develops a close bond with her new furry friend and immediately names her Nite Nite. One day, Nite Nite goes missing. What happened to her? Will she ever come back? It's a very sad day for Nina, but she holds back her tears. My story has touched all of the children that have read my manuscript, and I hope you will like it as well.

The story starts in London, where two friends Kitty Baillie and Isobel Logan live in Isobel's hotel room. Kitty has been mourning her husband's death for some time, and both of them start to feel the need for a change in order to move on with their lives. Kitty wants to stay in London and rents a place, while Isobel goes to Scotland where she falls in love with an old historic house in the Scottish borders.
