The Shoulder Wars competition between the Shadow Student Council and the Official Student Council begins, and whichever side loses must disband! Vastly outnumbered, Mari knows their odds of winning are long, even with a partially resurrected Meiko to bolster their forces. To save the Shadow Student Council (and his date with Chiyo), Kiyoshi must rise to the occasion, fighting the army Kate has amassed...by going full mast!

The day of the cornered male prisoners' expulsion comes and goes, and the tale takes a new turn as the roiling fates of both the boys and the girls play out! Kiyoshi and company finally break out of prison and are hard at work enjoying their peaceful school lives...but a storm is brewing, and Mari, Meiko, and Hana of the Shadow Student Council find themselves behind bars!

An unthinkable "nightmare scenario" is brought down on the Shadow Student Council, shaking the Prison to its core...!! Kiyoshi falls into the trap laid by Kate, the Regular Student Council President, and finds himself behind bars once again! Now Mari, Meiko, and Kiyoshi must share a co-ed Prison. Meanwhile, Kate's plan for revenge is quietly set into motion...!

On the outskirts of Tokyo stands Hachimitsu Private Academy, anall-girls boarding school for elite young women. But as the new school year rolls around, one tradition is going out the window: For the first time in the school's long history, boys are being allowed to enroll. On the first day of school, though, it turns out only five boys have made the cut. Thrilled by this discovery, these young men's adolescent hearts leap with joy at the thought of being surrounded by all those girls, but little do the five boys suspect the shocking fate that awaits them...

Shingo's still picking on Kiyoshi, and Gackt's Guan Yu figure suddenly finds itself in the direst of straits! The E.B.O. is relentless, however, and the longer it continues, the more Kiyoshi and the others find their friendships, bonds, and hearts being destroyed...Is expulsion really the only way out?
