Project Management New Trends And Applications

This professional reference book provides a comprehensive overview of project and program management (PProM), capturing recent advancements and current PProM trends. It is a useful reference for educators, engineers, scientists, and researchers in the fields of PProM. The book discusses PProM fundamentals, common practices and approaches, recent advancements, and current trends of modern PProM using technology enablers from the fourth and fifth industrial revolutions (IRs 4. 0 and 5. 0), such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics.

This book gathers a selection of papers presented at the 2018 International Conference on Software Process Improvement (CIMPS 2018). CIMPS 2018 offered a global forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the latest innovations, trends, findings, experiences and concerns in Software Engineering, embracing several aspects such as Software Processes, Security in Information and Communication Technology, and Big Data. Two of the conference’s main aims were to support the drive toward a holistic symbiosis of the academic world, society, industry, government and business community, and to promote the creation of networks by disseminating the results of recent research in order to align their needs. CIMPS 2018 was made possible by the support of the CIMAT A.C., CUCEI (Universidad de Guadalajara, México), AISTI (Associação Ibérica de Sistemas e Tecnologas de Informação), and ReCIBE (Revista electrónica de Computación, Informática, Biomédica y Electrónica).

Neutrosophic theory and applications have been expanding in all directions at an astonishing rate especially after the introduction the journal entitled “Neutrosophic Sets and Systems”. New theories, techniques, algorithms have been rapidly developed. One of the most striking trends in the neutrosophic theory is the hybridization of neutrosophic set with other potential sets such as rough set, bipolar set, soft set, hesitant fuzzy set, etc. The different hybrid structure such as rough neutrosophic set, single valued neutrosophic rough set, bipolar neutrosophic set, single valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy set, etc. are proposed in the literature in a short period of time. Neutrosophic set has been a very important tool in all various areas of data mining, decision making, e-learning, engineering, medicine, social science, and some more. The book “New Trends in Neutrosophic Theories and Applications” focuses on theories, methods, algorithms for decision making and also applications involving neutrosophic information. Some topics deal with data mining, decision making, e-learning, graph theory, medical diagnosis, probability theory, topology, and some more. 30 papers by 39 authors and coauthors.
