Dr. James E. Randolph is a passionate man of God with a burning vision and desire to impact this generation with personal development. His gifts and strengths are in the areas of the prophetic, teaching, training, writing, insight, leadership development and business. He has pastured for over 25 years and has been married for 33 years. He and Prophetess Sharon Randolph are co-laborers in the kingdom of God and were ordained and released into ministry in September of 1987, under the covering of Apostle, Dr. Clifford E. Turner and remain to this day. They oversee Advancing Christs Kingdom Ministries in Hobart, Indiana. In 2005, he launched a new ministry in Michigan City, Indiana by ordaining and releasing Pastors Dierre and Patrica Glenn into ministry. Dr. Randolph also entered into network fellowship with Dr.s Jerry and Sherril Piscopo and was a recipient of an honorary doctorate in ministry in 2005. Dr. Randolph has a passionate desire to train and equip people to walk in their God given purpose, wealth and destiny. He believes that we are all called to fulfill the dreams and visions on the inside of us through personal development.

This book was orchestrated by the Holy Spirit for a time like now, and was birthed in the Spirit between 2007 and 2010, a span of three years. But its impact for the country and the citizens will last a life-time if the call is heard by those to whom the Lord is speaking. The country is at a cross road right now with the various interest groups pulling the country in different directions, and mainly inspired by their selfish and blind pursuit of ill-conceived agenda to loot the treasury of the land, our collective heritage. This is our country, and there is nowhere else we would be accepted as in this land; it is in this country we have our destiny tied to, and we have the next five years to plant and position whatever it is that God has asked you to do. Go for it, forget what can happen to your image, name or monies; they are nothing compared with what will befall a man whom God has clearly given a man- date and having known about it, fails to attempt it, nonetheless, carry it out. Imagine eternity and decide where you would spend yours. Knowing what God wants you to do and refusing to do it is the sin of disobedience. Success is simply knowing what God has deposited inside of you and positioning yourself to achieve it. And He (God) never leaves that person empty handed. Nigeria is stronger as a united country and not as a divided enclaves. Be- sides, God does not like disharmony, so we should find what unites us and remove every selfish desire, as we all find a lasting solution to our differences. For we are actually strengthened by the various diversities which makes us unique as a nation. Look at Singapore, South Africa, Malaysia and even the United Kingdom, all these options are different, but each one works for her people. Nigerians are the people who have the solution to Nigerian Problems. This is my way of contributing towards building the greater to- morrow of our Beloved Country. May God help us through these trying times, for in no time this too shall surely come to pass.
