This report provides methods and useful information for conducting effective user surveys at airports. The guidebook introduces the basic concepts of survey sampling and the steps involved in planning and implementing a survey; describes the different types of airport user surveys; and provides guidance on how to design a survey and analyze its results. The relationship between the government and the market lies at the heart of Economics as a discipline.
