It is never too late to reshape an area of your life that is no longer serving you! And, with the new book by Ali Landry, Reshape Your Life, you will learn how making small, intentional changes to your current life can transform it into a masterpiece. The truth is, when it comes to your health, your mind, your soul, and your heart, you should not settle for what isn’t working. After all, you only have one life to live, and you are worthy of making it the best one possible. After years working in Hollywood on TV and movie sets, starring in iconic Doritos commercials, and gracing the covers of various magazines, Ali landed her dream job as a talk-show host on a popular network. However, after only a few weeks on the job, she began feeling out of sorts. Exhaustion, brain fog, thinning hair, slow digestion, and sleep issues took over. Instead of excusing the chronic discomfort as "aging," Ali decided to take back her life. Through research, prayer, interviews, and product-testing, she made dramatic lifestyle changes, creating a new brand called RE/SHAPE along the way, to show other women how to live to their fullest in mind, health, beauty, and soul, and remind them that it is never too late to rewrite your story. In Reshape Your Life you’ll find inspiration from Ali’s vulnerable narrative describing the challenges and hard lessons she faced on her journey to physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual renewal; tips on how you can change the trajectory of your life and reclaim confidence, purpose, and wholeness; research-based strategies for your health, skincare, diet, sleeping habits, and more; advice that will nourish your faith, refocus your mindset, and align your heart, soul, health, and beauty with your core value; and practical information on goal setting. While it’s hard work, it’s necessary work, and Reshape Your Life, from actress, model, and 1996’s Miss USA Ali Landry, will guide your journey to reignite the fulfillment that’s missing in your life. If you are ready to reclaim your dreams and fire for life, Reshape Your Life is the book for you. Start today because you are worth it!

This book views change as an ongoing process that should not be solidified or treated as a series of linear events. In drawing on data collected from over 40 years of research, it highlights the theoretical and practical value of using a processual perspective. Illustrative examples from a range of organizations including: Micro-X, General Motors, Pirelli Cables, BHP Billiton, Royal Dutch Shell, British Rail, British Aerospace, Hewlett Packard, Laubman and Pank and the CSIRO make the approach understandable and accessible to both researchers and practitioners. In a theoretical exploration of temporal context, sociomaterial relations and power-political processes the dynamics of changing organizations is brought to the fore and the implication for reshaping change examined. On the practice of engaging in longitudinal research, study design, data collection and processual analysis, as well as the write-up and dissemination of findings, are all considered. This is an innovative and highly practical research monograph that captures the truly complex processes of changing organizations and illustrates how these are best understood from a processual perspective.

Social welfare is riddled with ingrained problems that have already defeated all standard approaches, and reform calls for counterintuitive action. Digital Social Innovation (DSI) is primarily about promoting grassroots initiatives to address localized societal problems, and is not normally talked about in relation to welfare reform, but perhaps social innovation initiatives, with their localized and case-based approach, could help to solve the enormous structural problems faced by our welfare democracies today. This book addresses the potential and implications of DSI for the reform of the European welfare state. The 14 papers collected here focus on key issues, such as the nature of social innovation and its effects; scaling up to address structural problems and make systemic change; new social risks and challenges; the role of digital thinking and emerging technologies; public governance approaches; tolerance of institutions; integrating innovation in the welfare system; and the empowerment of marginalized citizens. These topics are examined from an integrated and multi-disciplinary perspective, taking into consideration not only current EU debate on policy trends for social protection, but also the nature of digital transformation and its effects on social change. The book also highlights barriers to adoption, as well as the potential limitations and failures of this emerging approach. Digital social innovation is an emerging discipline that deserves more attention from policy makers and more resources from government. Drawing on welfare studies, political science, sociology, psychology, law and computer science, this book will be of interest to researchers, practitioners and policy makers alike.

EARLY LEARNING: NUMBERS & COUNTING. Count down from 10 to 1 in this playful interactive exploration of the shapes that make up our favourite animals. The shapes, at first, are lined up neatly in rows. But, at the turn of the page, they're mixed up, moved around and reshaped into all kinds of animals! Buzzy and clucky and scaly and sluuuurpy! Look - these green shapes reshape into scaly things. What they could be? Turn the page to reveal ... of course! 3 alligators, snip, snap and snappy! As we visit ten groups of shapes, can you try and guess what animal the shapes will become before the shapes reshape? (But, with the animals getting bigger and more ferocious each time, watch out for a rather fiery finale!).

ReShape is a guided process for capturing and integrating the innovation and adaptation resulting from volatile life experiences, transforming churches into greater expressions of the body of Christ.-ReShape Purpose StatementAs our world becomes more of a VUCA environment (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity), Christ-followers and churches are looking for God's calling within the volatility. Many churches and their leaders are hearing the call to transformation inherent in life disruption events. Like Holy Spirit winds blowing on dormant coals, churches are adapting and shifting in our quickly changing ministry environment, eager to integrate their experiences into their common life and ministry. ReShape is not a book of best practices, but is a process for discovering your church's emerging practices. After setting the context, readers will learn the seven key practices for reshaping churches when volatile events come our way, anticipating the following outcomes *Integrating the innovation gained through volatile experiences*Gracefully laying aside those activities which have become irrelevant*Greater spiritual imagination; emerging into the unfolding call of God while moving ahead*Increasing vitality; more eagerly pursuing life and mission*Turning toward a growth posture; looking for the spiritual and organizational transformation opportunities in every life experience*Cultivating a culture of innovation wherein adaptive activity is blessed and reinforced*Strengthening leadership through valuing leaders who call churches forward into their emerging expression of church*Strengthening adaptive capacity; positioning for innovation as needed in this changing world*Improving structure toward supporting mission and emerging expression of churchMark Tidsworth actively engages the intersection of God, faith, Church, and emerging culture. A wide range of vocational experiences equip Mark with an expansive perspective and integrated approach to church leadership; including leadership coach, trainer, consultant, pastor, non-profit organization leader, therapist, and business-owner.
