This open access book focuses on imaging of the musculoskeletal diseases. Rest, patient instruction and NSAIDs suffice for treatment in the majority of painful conditions of the rotator cuff. Prolonged inflammatory conditions are treated with glucocorticoid injections. Rupture of the rotator cuff should be identified. Major ruptures should be operated on within a few months of the trauma for a good result.
