This paper discusses Saudi Arabia’s Detailed Assessment of the Observance of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) objectives and principles of securities regulation. The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has made significant progress in establishing its supervision credentials, including issuing implementing regulations.
