Now I dont have any problems with men being the head, because they are ordained by God to be the head, and I love it. But that doesnt mean a woman cant be in leadership with authority over men. It seems to me that being the head or in leadership from the male perspective means to give orders. And most have difficulty with taking orders from a woman in the religious sector. Leadership isnt about giving orders but about working in harmony to accomplish common goals. Our common goal should be to please our God.
