How can I make statistics easily understandable to anyone who plans to get into the field of business analytics? How can I simplify the subject and present it in a way that even a person who does not know anything about statistics will find it interesting? These were the foremost questions that I had in my mind when I started writing this book. You are now holding the result of these thoughts in your hands. I believe that I’ve made statistics really easy to understand and have used minimum formulae and minimum statistical terms to explain various statistical concepts. In my opinion, statistics is the foundation for business analytics. For any person aspiring to use analytics for making business decisions, a minimum level of knowledge of statistics is essential.
