His parents were addicted to crack cocaine and their addiction led to countless adverse childhood experiences and chronic instability. Omari began running the streets and hustling in the 4th grade. By the 6th grade he was kicked out of Seattle Public Schools. After being sent to an alternative high school at the young age of 11, Omari began to hate school and he never quite bounced back.
