The Cabin Jesus Built is a work of Christian Fiction set in Lapland. It follows four families from very different backgrounds as they travel to Santa's Village for the holidays. A bus accident on the way to the village tests their faith and their strength as they struggle to stay alive in the cold Arctic wilderness.

A young man struggles to find his way through his passion for the outdoors and the family cabin, while still satisfying his religious obligations that his beloved grandmother so endears. Ultimately, he must choose and the price he pays to understand it is the greatest of his life.

Novelist Matt Brandt provides an unflinching and realistic look at coming-of-age on the working class landscape of America. His personal experiences growing up as the youngest of six in a challenging home in Milwaukee, WI provide the inspiration for his work as a writer.

"Cabin In The Woods" is a collection of true-life adventures with spiritual insights for young people. Ed Kenerson attended Gordon College (B.A. Psychology) and Gordon Conwell Seminary (Masters of Religious Education) and has over 10 years experience in Christian Education and Youth Ministry. At present, he manages his own training and communications business called Steps To Success, delivering multi-media presentations to businesses in areas of career management, customer service, and time management. In addition, he reaches out to teenagers in high schools through Career Coach, USA, a strategic ministry designed to teach young people the principles of both personal and professional success. Ed is married to Kathy with two children and eight grandchildren.
