Old Testament Survey "If you can tell time, you can learn the Old Testament" ------------------------------------------------ Francile Luper (Frankie to her friends and family) was a well-known speaker and author in the field of Biblical studies. She taught at churches across the United States, and for many summers at the Blue Ridge Encampment in Black Mountain, North Carolina. A dear friend of the founders at Blue Ridge, J.M.Powell and Ira North, Mrs. Luper was a beloved teacher to all. Her book, "The Essence of Time," is her well-known workshop on the study of the Old Testament of the Bible. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Frankie moved to Ventura, California with her husband Archie to raise her family. Her path to God began on the steps of a local hospital when God called her young son Donnie home at the tender age of five. From that day until her last upon this earth, Frankie devoted her spirit and life to her love for her lord. Frankie left this world on November 30, 1999 yet not before leaving a lasting legacy of love, friendship, and service to her family and friends. Frankie Luper loved, and was loved, well in this life. Her children are thrilled to continue to share her love for God by bringing her book "The Essence of Time" back to print and sharing it with you here. Blessings to all, The Family of Francile Luper
