I believe the children's book will create open discussion and critical thinking to bring awareness to the mental health challenges multicultural children face which are often ignored.

Outside a little girl's window, seven coconuts hang in a tree. One in particular is her favorite: the one with the smile. The coconuts begin to fall but not her favorite one. He just keeps getting bigger, and so does his grin. Too late, the coconut realizes he's alone in his tree-and afraid of the dark.
