This year the children of Greenwood put their hearts into the wonderful creative world of poetry. Each child used the art of word choice and vocabulary to develop their poems. Enjoy the magic of Greenwood's authors within TWIGS is a Poet!

POETRY Once again the students of Greenwood Elementary school demonstrate their writing skills through the TWIGS series. This edition consists of poetry that young children write on the subjects that are important to them in their lives.

This collection is for poetry lovers – and for those who don’t yet know they love poetry. The poems can be read on a rainy day or over morning coffee. The engaging narrative and rich imagery lends itself to a tone of melancholic joy as the reader reflects on what is common to human experience Themes include nature, spiritualism, death and hope. The Collector’s Edition is a first publication of the author’s selection.
