World Oilseeds

Discusses composition, processing technologies, and utilization of oilseeds, including current developments in their processing into oil, protein products, and other byproducts. Major crops covered include soybean, rapeseed, sunflower, peanut, oil palm, cotton, coconut, safflower, sesame, corn, and rice. Minor oilseeds covered include niger, olive, mango kernel, poppy, cocoa beans, shea, hemp, grape seed, perilla, and Chinese vegetable tallow.
