H.R. 8761 and related bills, to provide an increase in the retired pay of former Lighthouse Service members. H.R. 725, to clarify the responsibility for marking obstructions in navigable waters. S. 833, to expand the Federal Boating Act of 1958 to include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam. H.R. 2292 and H.R. 8719, to revise Coast Guard discharge and temporary appointment and promotion authority. S. 1289 and related H.R. 4744, to revise export manifest oath requirements. H.R. 4229, to authorize application of commissioned officer service in the Coast and Geodetic Survey towards civil service retirement benefits. H.R. 8152, to implement the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea by Oil of 1954 provisions.
