The Annotations on the Waterway Classic (Chinese: 水经注; pinyin: Shuǐ Jīng Zhù) is a work on the ancient geography of China, describing the traditional understanding of its waterways and ancient canals, compiled by Li Daoyuan during the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-534 AD). The book is divided into sections by river, each described with its source, course, and major tributaries, including cultural and historical notes. The work is much expanded from its source text, the older (and now lost) Waterway Classic (Shuijing 水经). The original text described 137 different rivers in China, and its authorship was attributed to Jin dynasty scholar Guo Pu. Li Daoyuan's 40-volume, 300,000-character version includes 1252 rivers.

Last Shop Standing: Whatever Happened To Record Shops? documents the sad disappearance of a cultural icon from our high streets. Once a thriving industry, the UK has gone from having over 2000 independent record shops in the 1980s to just 269 in 2009. Written by Graham Jones, who has worked in the distribution industry for over 25 years as a record company salesman, this book presents a snapshot of a business that is under threat of going the same way as the stamp shop, the coin shop and the candlestick maker. Jones’ speaks to 50 record shop owners to see why they have survived while nearly two thousand others have closed. These interviews form the basis of the book, which celebrates the rich social history in which the record shop is steeped. In 2012 Last Shop Standing was made into an award winning 50 minute film, featuring interviews with Johnny Marr, Norman Cook, Richard Hawley, Paul Weller and Billy Bragg, alongside many of the record shop owners featured in the book. Given a new tagline – ‘the rise, fall and rebirth of the independent record shop’, the film has been screened around the globe and was an official selection at the Chicago International Movies & Music Festival in 2013.

This document is a summary of short-term actions (removals) undertaken by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Coast Guard in response to hazardous substance incidents. The document presents a historical perspective of the program, summarizing short-term actions completed during the five-year authorized funding period of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), December 11, 1980, through September 30, 1985 and those actions taken during October 1, 1985 through September 30, 1986 that were funded primarily by two special appropriations from Congress. The Superfund Emergency Response Actions summary is the first document to be published aggregating short-term response information for all six years. As the Superfund removal program continues, EPA intends to publish annual updates of the document. Volume 2 Serves as the second annual report for public use on short-term removal actions undertaken by EPA between October 1986 and June 1988.
