False Color Of Authority

Phillip M. Duse is a native of Pittsburgh, PA who spent 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer and 16 years with the Department of Defense, Supervisory Property Administrator - retiring with 36 years' service. In the military he traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia [Germany, Vietnam, and Korea] acquiring level 3 language proficiency in the German and Vietnamese languages. He was awarded a basic degree from the University of Maryland, European Division and completed writing courses offered by the Hardcourt Learning Direct and The Institute of Children's Literature. Mr. Duse is the author of three other books: False Color of Authority, brings long standing false color of authority, civil and criminal actions of US Government and local entities [we're so smart Quacks and Dolts] to the attention of law abiding people. EEOC [Equal Employment Opportunity Commission] as it regards securing justice for victims of Government discrimination – the EEOC process is defined and discrimination issues alleged were litigated through lower courts resulting in a suit by Writ of Certiorari to US Supreme Court. It’s 3am on a hot September morning in 1949. A dark sedan pulls to the rear of a home known as an unwed mothers’ birthing clinic in Jasper, Tennessee. The small, quiet package is slipped past the screen door and slipped away in the dead of night never to be seen again. It is a scenario replayed over and over in the 1940’s by the infamous Tennessee Children’s Home Society and Ms. Georgia Tann, its unholy matron. Stolen after birth, my mother was told I was dead. I was sold for $5,000.00 to my adoptive parents in Southern California. Children ripped off the streets and playgrounds, or simply removed from their home under color of authority, the Tennessee Children’s Home Society stretched their tentacles throughout Tennessee as the Black Market Baby scam grew to unimaginable proportions. Doctors, nurses, lawyers, judges, social workers, welfare workers, and others joined on Tann’s payroll. Never daring to ask the question as to where all the children came from. Over 5,000 children were illegally placed for adoption during Georgia Tann’s reign. My agency-assigned number was 7,702. This is the story of James Arnold Bowman, my birth name given by my mother Flossie, and my life as an adoptee. After being told I was adopted at age 7, it became a life of questions unanswered until I was 60 years old. My adoptive parents elected to keep the details of my adoption a secret, never admitting they knew who I was, and the names of my parents. The public will learn the Real Deal about the EEOC, particulary the legal tricks and maneuvers employed in its application of (supposed) remedial remedies under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. EEOC remedies that in reality ensure virtually all complainants lose. The author describes the process by analysis of three merit based complaints, from inception in a top secret Department of Defense environment to a local Defense Logistics Agency EEO office; then through Federal district and appeal courts to culmination of the complaints in a writ to the Surpreme Court. The book explains why the vast majority of Title VII citizen complaints, as proven by statistical results alone, reflect a reality that complaints referred to the EEOC seldom receive the justice presumed available under the act. This book also provides a solution to end this unique Indian Treaty type justice. Plus note the exciting third chapter: it captures the event of Hit Men attempting to end the authors life! It shares the horrific experiences of its author who has been forced to deal with U.S. government investigative and intelligence entities as they perpetrated an amalgamation of ruses in an attempt to harm him, personally, for initiation of EEO complaints and for the filing of a civil suit exposing the perpetrators as is his constitutional right. The activity in this regard is defined in its salacious detail in this book so as to better expose the "bottom line" of how ruses are initiated and who is engaged to assist the perpetrators in their propagation. The book also shares a chilling event involving "Hit Men" in addition to ruses that caused innocent unwitting third parties to view the author in the most negative light that a ruse concoction can muster in the government's attempt to get this black guy.
