When a prominent American Senator, former Chairman of the House Committee on Strategic Defense Issues, is found brutally murdered in the apartment of a high-class hooker, his briefcase, containing Top Secret documents, is handed to Colonel “Jazz” Sinclair, the top operative in a deep-cover Black Budget operation codenamed Cobra. Together they flee to South Africa where Ab-by’s folks own a secluded holiday home.
