In spite of this, COVID-19 imposes a heavy burden and costs on the health sector, and consequently, providing continuous monitoring by modern technologies will lead to a reduction of health costs and improve control of people's health practices, management, and prevention of this pandemic. Employing the mobile and advanced health systems to offer a remote medical diagnosis and monitoring system will significantly reduce the cost of health care and appropriate management of performance, especially in managing and spreading COVID-19.
